Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical/electrical repair and troubleshooting.
- Provide equipment maintenance (routine, preventive, corrective) and repairs and support facilities testing and upkeep.
- Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)
- Ability to safely use and lift equipment weighing 50 pounds. Ability to work standing up to 10 hours per day. Excellent communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
Required Qualifications:
- US Citizen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of Secret Security Clearance; candidates currently possessing an active Secret clearance are preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in running equipment forklift, manlift, scissor lift. Safety in said equipment.
- Overhead/mobile crane knowledge.
- Self-motivation Ability to work on job with little to no oversite.
- Have pulled/backed a trailer.
- Compensation: Engineer Technician IV (Mechanical) $25.34 plus $4.93 H/W
