ECS is seeking a Military Analyst Subject Matter Expert to work in our Ft. Campbell, KY office.
The SOA Training Systems team also includes SETA members that provide simulation training and rehearsal support to 160th SOAR(A) located at Fort Campbell, KY. These team members support design, development, integration and upgrades of current and future CMSs and simulation and training sub-systems located at Fort Campbell, KY. These SETA Team members also support network exercises utilizing the 160thSOAR(A) simulators, MROC, and Mission Rehearsal Exercise Training System (MRETS).

The SOA Training Systems team also includes SETA members that provide simulation training and rehearsal support to 160th SOAR(A) located at Fort Campbell, KY. These team members support design, development, integration and upgrades of current and future CMSs and simulation and training sub-systems located at Fort Campbell, KY. These SETA Team members also support network exercises utilizing the 160thSOAR(A) simulators, MROC, and Mission Rehearsal Exercise Training System (MRETS).
- The contractor shall provide Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) SME support to the SOA programs managed within PdM FTS at the 160th SOAR(A), Fort Campbell, KY. Perform duties directly supporting 160th SOAR(A) DMO activities.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the technical acquisition and sustainment of all simulation DMO (i.e. mission rehearsals, accident investigations, training exercises, new Training Aids Devices Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) integration testing, Quarterly Maintenance Training Exercises etc.).
- DMO events/exercises occur approximately once every two weeks, or 26 to 28 events/exercises during a 12-month period.
- Ensures the functionality and interoperability of all hardware and software assets (i.e. Combat Mission Simulators (CMS), Computer Generated Semi-Automated Forces (CG SAF), Virtual Model Integration, Simulation Communication Equipment, Database Correlation, FSIMNET, etc.) used to support simulation DMO events and/or exercises. Assist the TACOPS SME as required with the technical aspects of simulation DMO scenario development.
- Assist or augment the exercise/testing teams with the operation of the Regiment's six CMSs (A/MH-6 LASAR, A/MH-6 CFTD, MH-47-1, MH-47-2, MH-60-1,
MH-60-2) and corresponding Instructor Operator Stations. - Assist or augment the exercise teams on a limited basis, with the operation of the Role-Player Stations utilized to support simulation DMO events and/or exercises.
- Serve as the SME responsible for system integration of future upgrades to the MRETS.
- Serve as the SME responsible for the interoperability infrastructure of all TADSS utilized to support simulation DMO events and/or exercises.
- Serve as the SME responsible for the initial research and subsequent integration of new DMO TADSS.
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- 10+years' experience
- DoD Acquisition Life Cycle Management
- Subject Matter Expertise in the area of military command, acquisition products, tactics, techniques and procedures
