Responsibilities for the Lead Salesforce Developer include:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Architect and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with DPAS (Defense Priorities and Allocations System) and other DoD systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms.
- Maintain system documentation and support user training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with DoD security and data protection standards.
- Participate in Agile development cycles and DevSecOps practices.
Qualifications for the Lead Salesforce Developer include:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (required).
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Associate's degree with 7+ years in Salesforce development.
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Experience integrating with DPAS or similar DoD logistics systems.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of federal compliance standards and data security.
Compensation for the Lead Salesforce Developer includes:
- Salary Range: $80.00 - $110.00 hourly, commensurate with experience.
