Key Responsibilities:
• Develop system requirements in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders
• Analyze mission-level objectives and translate into clear, stakeholder-oriented operational plans (CONOPS)
• Strategically review developer's systems designs throughout all phases, including conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs
• Collaborate on verification and validation test plans and reviews to ensure systems meet customer objectives
• Provide insightful status reports, risk assessments, and identification of opportunities for multiple customer stakeholders
• Proactively monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Assist in crafting project review briefings for executive-level milestone presentations
• Foster collaborative relationships through timely, precise communication with customer and contractor stakeholders
• Represent the customer with authority and expertise during key test events
Qualifications
• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Polygraph clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field
• Minimum 9 years of systems engineering experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a technical advisory role as a bridge between technical teams and high-level leadership
• Demonstrated expertise writing requirements documents, test plans, standard operating procedures and other standard engineering documents
