Our Cyber Defense & Resilience offering assists clients in defending against advanced threats by transforming security operations, monitoring technology, data analytics, and threat intelligence. Helps manage and protect dynamic attack surfaces and provides rapid crisis and cyber incident response, ensuring clients can be ready for, respond to, and recover from business disruptions.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,225.00- $155,375.00.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work You'll Do
- Escalation point overseeing the NOC incident response process including coordination with engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Capacity planning and forecasting to ensure adequate network resources to support growth.
- Support accurate updates of service tickets and tracking problems to resolution.
- Developing and maintaining incident response plans.
- Conducting post-incident reviews.
- Support the current reporting of weekly and monthly enterprise metrics.
- The NOC team utilizes shift work (Day, Swing, or Graveyard) based on 24x7x365 operations.
- This position requires work on a classified network and must therefore be in the office for a minimum of four days per week.
- Maintain enterprise client point of contact information.
- Provide initial remote troubleshooting, analysis, and triage of reported events.
- Act as both an external and internal facing point of contact to facilitate handling of problem reports and escalate technical issues and communicate network status.
- Support software and hardware issues and ensure stable system performance.
- Support maintenance and monitoring of the system/server infrastructure to include patching, system upgrade, backup, and configuration.
- Support tracking and documentation of daily work tasks and issues, communicating them with the rest of the team.
- Receive and document subscriber site security incident reports and communicate to appropriate parties.
- Assist in account management for internal users and external subscriber organizations.
- Develop and maintain workflows and standard operating procedures for the Service Desk / Network Operations Center.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active DOD Top Secret clearance required.
- Must be able to work full time on-site.
- Travel up to 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 3+ years of experience in a NOC/SOC environment.
- Must have one industry or relevant vendor certification such as CSA, GCIA, GCIH or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
