Description:Program integration role for the FBM Program Office supporting various FBM product directorships.
• Coordinates closely with Government Customer counterparts and communicates with honesty, accuracy and transparency.
• Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of projects within the area of assigned responsibility.
• Work closely with Program Planning to understand design changes and dates as they impact schedules.
• The candidate would work with Product Lines and Program Management to ensure engineering need dates support the Master Schedule and are reflected correctly in the EPDM tool.
• Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving issues.
• Coordinates closely with supply chain subcontract managers who directly manage suppliers.
• Assist in identifying engineering late deliveries and proactively assist in mitigating any negative impacts to dependencies in Master or Supplemental Schedules.
• Coordinates closely with finance, planning, quality, engineering, contracts, and other IPT stakeholders.
• Assignments are often self-initiated.
• Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college,
• 2+ years of professional experience,
• You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4 years or more of professional experience; or 2 years of professional experience with a related Masters's degree.
• Experience working with the government is desirable.
• Familiar with risk management processes & tools.
• Knowledge of FBM hardware, government contracts, and program requirements is desirable.
• Possess effective relationship-building skills with peers, leadership, and suppliers
• You bring positivity and enthusiasm to every project you touch. In addition to the work, you love being part of a team and working collaboratively through the process.
• Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, as well as program and executive stakeholders, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.
• Skilled user of standard software (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
