Description:The selected individual will serve as a Classified Cyber Security Technologist Sr. In this role, the selected individual will collaborate with a team of cybersecurity professionals and work closely with the Information System Security Manager(s) to implement and monitor comprehensive cybersecurity solutions. This will involve identifying, designing, securing, and deploying specialized applications and tools that support the governance and risk management of classified systems, infrastructure, and tools, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of classified assets. The selected candidate will also help design and document advanced risk governance operations to implement proactive security methodologies for classified programs. This position requires an understanding of DevSecOps, Artificial Intelligence (AI), software development and related security controls, as well as a mindset focused on automation-enabled cybersecurity for day-to-day activities.
Basic Qualifications:
• DoD 8140/8570 IASAE Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA CASP CE, CISSP (or Associate), CSSLP).
• Demonstrated experience with core cybersecurity tools: SIEM, DLP, vulnerability scanning, etc.
• Proven track record hardening Windows and RHEL systems using approved DISA STIGs/SRGs and implementing NIST SP 800 53 controls.
• Deep knowledge of DAAPM, JSIG, or RMF as a security framework SME.
• Hands on expertise in DevSecOps practices and AI integration for security operations.
• Top Secret clearance to start, with ability and willingness to obtain TS/SCI w/ Poly
Desired Skills:
• Advanced Splunk proficiency - writing queries, building dashboards, integrating third party apps.
• Experience designing secure networks: defining security and operational objectives, risk mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with complex environments: data centers, cloud platforms, cross domain solutions, NSA Type 1/CSfC encryption.
• Proven ability to conduct internal/external customer assessments, identify gaps, and develop corrective action plans.
• Capability to evaluate system changes, advise ISSMs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• History of deploying enterprise level technologies with minimal disruption and delivering training/support to end users.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
