Description:
You will be the Intelligence Analyst Staff for the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) security team. Our team is responsible for conducting internal employee‑related investigations across Lockheed Martin MFC, in accordance with company policy and procedures.

As the Intelligence Analyst Staff you will be responsible for developing investigation strategies, conducting thorough and prompt investigations, and documenting findings in written reports.

Security Clearance Requirement
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Investigations experience and background in internal/employee relations, law enforcement, or other related investigatory experience.
• Must be a self-starter with proven leadership skills and impeccable ethical standards.
• Candidate should maintain a well-established liaison with law enforcement, prosecutorial agencies and intelligence communities.
• Candidate must be capable of interpreting specific Government policies and procedures relating to the field such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as well as Weingarten Rights.
• Well refined Interviewing and organizational skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
• Must be flexible to travel and work irregular hours and weekends.
• Must be a U.S citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• 8+ years of investigations experience and background in internal/employee, law enforcement or other related investigatory experience.
• Employee Conduct/Internal Affairs investigative experience.
• Should be team oriented, but able to work independently.
• Should possess strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, applications.
• Should model ethical behavior and integrity and have a strong work ethic.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
• Experience in providing Executive Protection support for leadership
• Strong external local, state, federal contacts
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
