Position Overview:
Plateau GRP is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of a next-generation Salesforce CRM platform supporting U.S. Air Force recruiting operations. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and development, with a focus on scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and platform standards.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce technical architecture roles.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification (required)
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture and development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
