Torch Technologies is seeking an F-35 Mission Data Ops Requirements Assistant Manager to join a team providing support to the Australia Canada United Kingdom Reprogramming Laboratory (ACURL), F-35 Partner Support Center, within the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. This position supports the 350 SWW, the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF).
As an F-35 Mission Data Ops Requirements Assistant Manager, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

This position supports the 350 SWW, the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF).
As an F-35 Mission Data Ops Requirements Assistant Manager, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
- Assist with the design of the Mission Data File (MDF) requirements (based upon the front-line needs of British, Australian and Canadian F-35 units).
- Liaise with AUS / UK / CAN F-35 users to define front-line ongoing Mission Data requirements.
- Manage production schedules for Mission Data Files.
- Provide Multi-Role Mission Planning Expertise to MD production.
- Assist with data transfer between F-35 nations.
- Assist with workforce management and team coordination.
- Provide guidance to front-line RFI's on behalf of ACURL and F-35 survivability team.
- Travel to represent 80 Squadron at Mission Data and Plans working groups / meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Masters' degree in a technical/engineering discipline with ten years of experience in an engineering capacity is required (A BS degree and 2 additional years of experience (to total 12) may be substituted for MS degree).
- Actual EW experience may be substituted for the technical degree requirement.
- The position requires ability to understand multi-role fighter planning methodologies as well as MDF design practices.
- Current Secret clearance (is required to start).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent 4.5 or 5th Gen Multi-Role fast jet qualification (Pilot / WSO) (Highly desirable within past 2 years).
- Ability to form and maintain positive international relationships.
- Previous Mission Data (MD) or Electronic Warfare Experience.
- Experience in managerial / sub-unit command positions.
- 4-ShipFlight Lead or Mission Commander Qualification.
- Previous experience working with Special Access Programs.
- F-35 Pilot qualification.
- Current TS/SCI clearance
