The Director of Integration (DOI) will lead or support the planning, execution, and oversight of enterprise-level IT integration efforts across federal government programs. This senior leader will serve as a critical bridge between program execution and business development, ensuring that integration activities align with client mission objectives while driving growth for the organization. The DOI will interface with subsidiary leadership and the Market Leads to provide consistent communications, execution planning, and ad hoc support as it relates to current or future contracts or programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as a senior technical advisor to executive leadership on integration strategy, emerging technologies, and digital transformation trends in federal IT.

• Support the transition and implementation of new contract awards with an emphasis on integration planning and execution readiness.

• Partner with the Growth teams and Market Leads to shape and pursue opportunities that involve complex IT integration requirements.

• Build relationships with government clients, system integrators, and technology partners to drive joint initiatives and business opportunities.

• Support end-to-end Subsidiary and/or Joint Venture operations and program execution.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the government customer regarding transition activities.

• Mentor and develop high-performing integration teams, including Solution Architects, Technical/Engineer SMEs, and Program Managers.

• Collaborate with federal agency stakeholders to assess technical needs, challenges, and integration roadmaps.

• Coordinate with incumbent contractor, government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables and issue resolution.

• Contribute technical insight and integration strategy to capture efforts, including solutioning, win themes, teaming, and pricing strategies.

• Support hiring and onboarding of key personnel in collaboration with HR and recruiting teams.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes (e.g., GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs) and contracting vehicles.

• Proven experience supporting business development, capture, and proposal efforts in the federal market.

• 10+ years of experience in federal IT services, with at least 5 years in a senior integration or solution leadership role.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex integration efforts across multi-disciplinary teams in a federal agency setting.

• Proven success transitioning complex IT support or managed services contracts valued at $25M+ for federal agencies.

• Experience managing teams in a matrixed and cross-functional environment.

• Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, ITIL, or PMI-ACP Certification.

• Strong technical background in enterprise IT, including cloud services (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, DevSecOps, data integration, and legacy modernization.

• Experience supporting agencies such as DoD, DHS, SOF, or civilian agencies.

• Familiarity with NIST 800-53, FISMA, and TIC 3.0 requirements.

Travel: Some travel may be required depending on the agency and transition scope.
