Description:
- Lead requirements gathering and solution design to align with business process needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional and technical integration
- Perform business process design and system analysis
- Coordinate across architects, developers, technical services (BASIS, Middleware, Portal), and business analysts
- Maintain, enhance, and develop SAP PS modules and related interfaces
- Develop test strategies and oversee complex testing efforts
- Facilitate design review meetings and maintain detailed documentation
- Provide guidance for configuration changes, training materials, and data conversion activities
- Support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with complete documentation
- Participate in production cutover activities and post-go-live hypercare support
- Manage defects, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements
Requirements:
- 7+ years of SAP Project Systems experience
- Hands-on S/4HANA implementation experience
- Strong integration knowledge with CO, FI, MM, SD, and PP modules
- Expertise in SAP PMMO, Project Systems (logistics side), WBS-based planning, and Networks with MRP
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO environments
- Proven team leadership experience
- Experience implementing and configuring SAP PS structures, including: WBS, Networks, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, MRP, Project Quotation, Goods Issues, and related project management activities
- Relevant SAP certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
