Baer is looking for SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Consultant for a Perm Hire role with Federal client located in St. Louis, MO.

Title: SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Consultant
Location: Onsite - St. Louis, MO
Duration: Perm Hire
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Description:

• Lead efforts to gather and analyze client business process requirements
• Develop detailed configuration designs and build SAP WM system solutions
• Implement functional solutions to meet business needs and optimize operations
• Develop test strategies and manage complex testing efforts
• Create documentation including RICEFW objects, test models, and scripts
• Maintain, enhance, and configure SAP processes and their integrations with other applications
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure complete solution delivery
• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and training as needed
• Facilitate design review meetings and manage documentation (minutes, action items, etc.)
• Provide support for configuration changes, training development, and data conversion activities
• Support unit, integration, and UAT testing with proper documentation
• Participate in production cutover activities and post-go-live hypercare support
• Manage system defects, enhancements, and documentation updates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and WMS functional experience
• Proficiency in EWM processes, including goods receipt, delivery, subcontracting, and production order kitting
• Proven team leadership experience
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO environments
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning
• Relevant SAP certifications
• U.S. Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
• Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
• Natural-born U.S. citizenship
• Must be local to St. Louis, MO (preferred) or Philadelphia, PA, or willing to travel weekly to St. Louis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
