We are seeking a highly organized and mission-focused Visitor Control Supervisor to manage daily operations across multiple Visitor Centers and lead a team of Access Control Specialists. This supervisory role ensures full post coverage, operational efficiency, and contract compliance, while serving as the primary on-site liaison with our government customer to support effective engagement and mission success.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexibility required to provide occasional support outside of regular hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.


Key Responsibilities
Operations & Staffing
• Supervise Access Control Specialists; ensure posts are fully staffed and daily operations run smoothly.
• Develop and manage staffing schedules across multiple sites and shifts.
• Provide hands-on support and daily operational guidance to the team.
• Step in to perform operational duties as needed to maintain service continuity.
• Manage competing priorities in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.
• Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and customer protocols.
Team Management
• Lead onboarding and initial training of new hires.
• Foster a professional, high-performance team culture.
• Address personnel challenges proactively, including morale and team dynamics.
Customer & Contract Management
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the customer.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with the customer on daily operations, issues, and general inquiries.
• Provide regular updates to internal leadership on operational status and resolution actions.

Minimum Qualifications
• U.S. Citizen (naturalized citizens eligible)
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
• Eligible to obtain a Top Secret security clearance and pass a polygraph examination
• Prior experience in security, visitor control, or access operations
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience managing staff and complex schedules across multiple shifts/sites
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support operational teams

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Vision correctable to 20/20 (no color blindness)
• Normal hearing and depth perception (correctable)
• Ability to travel to various customer sites as required
