ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Supply Chain Integration Lead to join our rapidly growing team. As a leader in the Maritime Division, you must be a technical leader with the expertise to evaluate, qualify, manage, and advocate for an increasing number of sophisticated parallel pursuits. This role is crucial in ensuring that each initiative aligns with the company's strategic direction and receives the appropriate resourcing, balancing innovation with practical execution to drive the business line's success.
You will lead the development of supply chain processes, technologies, methods and prototypes for maritime products from concept to delivery. You will work closely with partners, suppliers and subcontractors to develop systems, processes and relationships that enable un-disrupted, highly scalable supply chain.
The diverse responsibilities of this role will require you to leverage your technical expertise as well as leadership skills to set objectives, build cross-functional teams, and drive rapid project execution. Leveraging your intuition and prior experience will be critical to employ the correct design and manufacturing principles from the start. The ideal candidate will have experience planning, managing and successfully completing complex projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
US Salary Range
$113,000 - $149,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- The Supply Chain Integration Lead, Maritime will lead the creation of the next generation supply chain system for Anduril's maritime vessels.
- This responsibility includes everything in the manufacturing value-chain, including, but not limited to, unlimited build, lean processes and Tier 0 integration.
- Oversea execution and milestone completion (functional completion) for the manufacturing technology development team's integrated solutions for new technologies supporting supply chain.
- Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Engineering, Material Science, or proven experience in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years experience, 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
- Travel 25% to Customer and Test Sites
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience running complex external projects, such as a production ramp at a contract manufacturer and initial design, build and startup of new production supply chains.
- Experience owning commercial responsibility (cost) for complex external projects.
- Experience driving process improvements in a manufacturing supply chain setting.
- Familiarity with maritime systems and military customers.
