ONSITE Recruiter

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to support the sourcing, recruitment, and placement of top-tier talent across internal and external pipelines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization meets its strategic workforce goals by identifying and recommending the most qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
This role is 100% ONSITE in Courtland, AL
MUST have an Active Secret security clearance
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates from internal and external talent pools.
• Maintain strong working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure alignment with human resource needs.
• Consult with leadership to identify and recommend top candidates for consideration.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and reporting.
• Independently manage full-cycle recruiting.
• Consult with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Source and evaluate candidates for technical and specialized roles.
• Navigate complex organizational structures and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or technical environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them effectively to job requirements.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Typical Background Required

• 5-8 years of recruiting experience, ideally in any of the following:
  • Corporate or government contracting environments
  • Technical recruiting (engineering, aerospace, defense)
  • High-volume or strategic sourcing roles

An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
