(Blue Rose) is seeking a Business Process Analyst with a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help a federal client optimize and transform mission operations. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, designing scalable solutions, and leveraging AI technologies to drive automation, insights, and innovation across business units.

In this role, you will analyze workflows, develop measurable improvements, and support the integration of AI and data analytics to enhance performance and decision-making.

What You'll Do
As a Business Process Analyst, you will:

• Analyze and map existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. Example processes include recruiting, onboarding, financial workflows (e.g., Accounts Payable/Receivable), and business development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define process enhancements.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, machine learning models) to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor process performance and outcomes.
• Lead or support change management initiatives related to process and technology adoption.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends to recommend innovative applications.

Schedule & Shift Details

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Remote work; support required during East Coast business hours

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business process analysis or operations consulting
• Minimum of 2 years experience implementing AI or analytics tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Azure ML, Power BI)
• Demonstrated experience with:
  • Process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Leading or supporting organizational change initiatives

Desired

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Exposure to data visualization, dashboards, or business intelligence environments
