Overview

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into system specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between mission needs and system capabilities.
  • Lead system planning, design, and development efforts for new and existing applications.
  • Support application testing, validation, and deployment across secure Navy environments.
  • Assist in database design, maintenance, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure data integrity and support data migration and transformation efforts.
  • Apply the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) to model and document system architectures.
  • Support enterprise architecture initiatives that align IT systems with strategic goals.
  • Align with the Cyber Workforce Framework (CWF) under Work Role Code 653 (Systems Analyst) at the Advanced proficiency level.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommending system improvements.
  • Support system lifecycle activities including acquisition, integration, and sustainment.
  • Advise on system interoperability, scalability, and compliance with DoD standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support.
  • Qualified experience in Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBM's System Architect.
  • This position requires a T3/T3R investigation. Once contractors follow a WRC paradigm this will have a CWF designation at 653 Work Role Code with the proficiency level of Advanced.
  • Must have an Interim Secret clearance or higher depending on the contract requirements.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

A satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTC are required.
