We are looking for you to join our team as a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 2 based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Technical Coordinator supports and assists activities across multiple disciplines within the supply chain process. This role provides technical, tactical, and execution support in Supply Chain Manufacturing, Supply Chain Logistics, and Supply Chain Business Operations. The position is also responsible for the manual movement, shipping, and receiving of materials up to 50 lbs. ensuring smooth operations and addressing routine challenges.

Primary Level Salary Range: $39,500.00 - $65,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

What you'll get to do:
- Support and assist in activities across several aspects of the supply chain, including manufacturing, logistics, and business operations
- Manually manage the movement, shipping, and receiving of materials
- Perform a variety of standardized tasks, including some advanced functions
- Resolve routine questions and problems while escalating more complex issues to higher levels as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for individuals within the department and occasionally interact with external contacts, providing necessary information and interpretations
Supervision and Work Environment:
- Works under direct general supervision for routine activities; detailed instructions are provided for new tasks or special projects
- Operates in a standardized work environment where errors can be detected and corrected, although such errors may lead to moderate loss of time or potential customer dissatisfaction if not addressed promptly
- Regularly collaborates with team members and occasionally with external contacts, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of supply chain issues.
Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a general understanding of supply chain technical aspects, and that of the role.
- Capable of working under general supervision with new or special assignments receiving more detailed guidance.
- Self-directed in activities and able to identify needs and tasks to achieve maximum time utilization.
- Skilled in written and verbal communications.
- Ability to work with others in a cross-functional capacity to support mission needs/requirements.
- Demonstrates the ability to address routine issues effectively with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ensuring minimal disruption or customer/user dissatisfaction.
- Comfortable interacting with colleagues and external contacts regularly to obtain and exchange information.
Basic Qualifications for the Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 2:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of Receiving/Logistics experience.
- US citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Must be available for 1st shift (7am-4:30pm. 9/80 schedule).
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance.
- Forklift certified or experience.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- SAP/S4 experience.
- Valid CDL.
