THE WORK
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of program schedules and plans, analyzing complex data, and building effective relationships to drive program execution. You will be a key contributor on the F-35 Training and Logistics portfolio, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or existing development programs leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
• Tracking progress of program activities against baseline internal plans, and ensuring schedule margin to contract dates is achieved or maintained
• Maintaining schedules, performing probabilistic / deterministic risk analysis, and identifying critical/driving paths while developing solutions for resolutions along with network logic validation/deconfliction
• Supporting and participating in negotiations with customer and internal stakeholders
• Proposal submittal and execution schedule development through preparation and assessment of progress against established plans and parameters
• Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements
• Maintaining cost and schedule integration throughout program lifecycle
• Implementing and monitoring Earned Value Management System on programs
• This position will require a minimum of 3 days on site. Occasional travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, Data Driven Metrics, and Schedule Risk Analysis
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with Program Management, Internal/External Customers, and Functional Leads
• Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
• Skilled in Earned Value Management (EVM) with advanced experience in integrated cost/schedule management
• Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills
• Extensive experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, MS Project, or another comparable scheduling/planning tool
• Please Note: This position requires the ability to obtain a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration
