Job Description

As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol Full-Time in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a hotels and resorts location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. By conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout the property, you will provide outstanding customer service and uphold our commitment to teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding as needed to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner to help minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property as well as the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Maintain thorough communication with team members and property staff regarding security-related matters, observations, and incidents.
• Assist guests and staff with directions, information, and security-related concerns as needed, maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
• Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance needs observed while on patrol.
• Support emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and site-specific instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
