Program Coordinator
Country Intelligence Group is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to support our client in
managing large-scale government programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring the effective
coordination of personnel, resources, and activities across multiple task orders and program areas.
The selected candidate will integrate technical expertise, organizational proficiency, and a strong
understanding of SIGINT operations to drive the successful execution of program objectives and
deliverables. The Program Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating
personnel and program functions, while supporting the development of management plans and
performance reports. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing work breakdown
structures, tracking requirements, and facilitating communication across integrated product teams.
The ideal candidate will also oversee logistical elements including travel, meetings, briefings, and
other activities essential to program execution.
Tasks Performed:
• Coordinate program-related activities, including the management of
requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling, to ensure efficient
execution of project objectives.
• Support the planning, organization, direction, coordination, and evaluation of
personnel responsible for task orders and integrated product teams to maintain
high performance and accountability.
• Assist in the development of management plans and contribute to the preparation
and analysis of cost, schedule, and performance reports to support leadership
decision-making.
• Coordinate project activities, including work package drafting, work breakdown
structure (WBS) management, and other program functions to maintain workflow
efficiency and alignment.
• Manage logistics and operational support for travel, meetings, briefings, and other
essential program activities, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to
organizational standards.
Education, Experience
and Qualifications:
• Minimum High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, Mathematics,
Accounting, Information Systems, Program Management, Business Management
or Business Analytics.
• Experience in:
o Coordinating program-related activities including requirements,
resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling.
o Support planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating
personnel responsible for task orders and integrated product teams.
o Assist in the development of management plans and the preparation of
cost and performance reports.
o Assist in coordinating project activities, including work package drafting,
work breakdown structure management, and related program functions.
o Manage logistics for travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities
essential to program execution.
• Experience with Windows.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
