As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Financial Site in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer providing security-related services within a financial institution location. In this dynamic role, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the premises, remain highly visible to help to deter incidents, and engage with staff and visitors to deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client management.
• Provide professional customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or clients at the financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols inside the business and around the perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activities and promoting a secure environment.
• Maintain detailed records of activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during patrols.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management to help control entry into restricted areas.
• Remain alert to potential security-related concerns or suspicious activity and report findings to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations or lockdowns as required by procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
