Overview
Abacus Technology is seeking Web Developer to provide web services including web application development, content management, and web operations support for Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications
1+ years experience in application development/scripting. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Must be a Security+ CE certified. Experience with ASP.NET, C#, SQL/TSQL, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, PowerShell using Microsoft development stack and supporting technologies. Proficient in JavaScript, VBScript, PowerShell and the Windows Scripting environment in support of system level operation maintenance and workflow tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio and familiar with Microsoft Team Foundation Server for development. Experienced working with Active Directory, Internet Information Services (IIS) and Windows server/network environment and supporting protocols (LDAP, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, SFTP, Secure Shell, and Telnet, etc.). Domain knowledge of PKI/PKE and symmetric and asymmetric key encryptions as it pertains to DoD PKI implementation. Experience with development using the Progress Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX controls a plus. Must have strong troubleshooting skills. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
- Create and administer customer applications and server infrastructure providing web hosting and web application services to AFLCMC/HB directorate at Hanscom AFB, MA
- Use tools and technology to create scripts, command-lets and applications, administer applications and application server platforms, manage application infrastructure during engineering phase and assist with transition to operations the capabilities built
- Participate in the full applications development lifecycle on projects assigned by the supervisor supporting enterprise infrastructure.
- Handle daily maintenance tasks of supported platforms to ensure contract performance requirements for availability and support is met and exceeded.
- Sustain legacy enterprise capabilities and provide timely and effective customer support for hosted capabilities and services.
- Assist in securing and patching application and systems to meet applicable STIG, TCNOs, MTOs and AFI compliance.
- Deliver quality products across multiple technical disciplines when working with cross functional group requirements.
- Provide hands-on and third level support to Server Operations/Client Service Center teams to support their requirements.
