Program Overview
About The Role
Peraton is hiring a PMO Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Fort Meade, Maryland. As a Quality Assurance Specialist on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a company facility. You will assist in administering the program staffing process and contributing to the QA and process improvements of staffing and potentially other key processes within the PMO for a large engineering contract. Establish and manage quality control standards to ensure professional, accurate, complete, and timely review and delivery of selected program deliverables. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

About The Role
Peraton is hiring a PMO Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Fort Meade, Maryland. Establish and manage quality control standards to ensure professional, accurate, complete, and timely review and delivery of selected program deliverables. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in QA of the program job portal (currently Taleo) by performing any needed updates within the tool.
- Act as the Staffing Team primary interface with sub-contracting companies for interview scheduling, notification of selection, providing requested interview feedback and ensuring resume standards are met.
- Perform QC on contractor resumes and transfer/provide them to the customer on their network.
- Update program and company candidate/contractor tracking systems to accurately reflect incoming, transitioning and departing contractors.
- Reporting staffing metrics as needed.
Qualifications
Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science or a related discipline and a minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting quality assurance of systems and software processes on contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Five (5) years of additional QA experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Three years of experience is required in Government systems and software engineering evaluation, including formal and informal audits and technical reviews.
- Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Experience with the Taleo talent management software.
