MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Platform Stores Integration Specialist to join our team in Patuxent River, MD. This is an on-site position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conceiving, planning, and organizing H-1 weapons and store integration activities, coordinating projects, resources, and finances as directed by the competency manager and program leadership
- Conducting engineering analyses, test and evaluation of weapon systems, subsystems, and components, ensuring total weapon system performance across the entire life cycle
- Managing and executing the airworthiness process for all store integration, coordinating data with subject matter experts and reviewing flight clearances for technical accuracy and safety of flight
- Reviewing and preparing critical project documentation, including project directives, TEMPs (Test and Evaluation Master Plans), and contract deliverables, to proactively identify and address integration problem areas
- Serving as the primary department representative at design reviews, program meetings, and conferences, establishing and maintaining essential communication with IPT team members, NAVAIRSYSCOM officials, and contractors
- Providing store integration support for key H-1 weapons systems, including the 20MM Gun Turret, APKWS, Hellfire, JAGM, AIM-9X, and Intrepid Tiger Pod
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technical, or a Scientific discipline from an accredited college or university
- 12+ years of recent experience in aircraft tactical systems, demonstrating technical depth to interpret concepts, assess weapons/stores operational use, and analyze system-of-systems interaction and its impact on operational capability
- Experience with USMC Rotary aircraft and Weapons
- Experience associated with how weapon systems are managed and utilized in the field
- Must be an O-4 or higher and be a graduate of a Navy Weapons School, Test Pilot School (TPS), or Marine Aviation Weapons Training Squadron-1 (MAWTS-1)
- Must be a Weapons Tactics Instructor (WTI) with experience in at least one of the following areas: USMC Naval Aviator with at least 1,000 flight hours, Tactics Officer (TACCO), Weapons Systems Officer (WSO), Head of a Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS), Weapons School Instructor, or, a former Department Head or Officer in Charge (OIC) with Level IV WTI

- Operational experience
- H-1 platform experience
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active Secret security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Tasking is primarily computer based.
- The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC as well as operate other typical office equipment (e.g. copying machine, shredder, projection systems, etc.).
- Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS, ZOOM).
