As a Performance Monitoring Specialist Senior, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of US Department of State. You will play a crucial role in in support of Endpoint Management through Major Incident and Problem Management.
• Lead/Manage/Support primarily as Problem Analyst providing secondary support for Incident and Change Management as needed
• Collaborate with all other Customer and GDIT Teams
• Drive innovation for Major Incident and Problem Management to improve service delivery to the Customer
• Utilize ServiceNow, Office 365, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint as primary tools to achieve the mission objectives
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Performance Monitoring Specialist Senior must have:
• Education: ITIL 4 Foundations, 4-Year degree in IT Information Systems or related field
• Experience: 3+ years of related experience
• Technical skills: ServiceNow
• Security clearance level: Secret
• US citizenship required: Yes
