Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking to hire a Program Integrator to support our exceptional team in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of the DoD Acquisition process and work effectively with team members across the project office. This role will be responsible for recommending, planning, integrating, coordinating and executing the implementation of all DOD Acquisition program requirements as assigned and directed by the Product Lead.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the central liaison between program teams, military clients, and contractors.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and lifecycle teams to streamline program execution.
• Ensure integration of technical, financial, and operational requirements across multiple organizational stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain program plans aligned with Army aviation goals, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure seamless program implementation.
• Provide regular program updates, briefings, and reports to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure contract scope meets operational requirements.
• Planning, scheduling, technical analysis and evaluations, military decision-making process actions, report preparation, briefings, and plans implementation along with providing support to management.
• Interface on a daily basis with military and civilian personnel and other contractor personnel in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
• Must have US Citizenship and an active DoD secret level security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 20+ years of relevant experience or master's degree and 20+ years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience in program integration or management within the defense or aerospace industry, preferably Army aviation.
• Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, regulations, and Army aviation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in aerospace engineering, or related field.
• Acquisition and Program Management credentials from Defense Acquisition University (DAU).
• Familiarity with Army aviation platforms.
• Experience with lifecycle management or sustainment of aviation systems.
