Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Summer 2025 Capture Program Management Intern. In this role, you will assist with process improvements, data analytics, scheduling, and proposal development in support of F-22 Agile Release for Test Execution, Modernization, Integration, and Sustainment (ARTEMIS). The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of data analytics, financial acumen, process improvement and effectively managing multiple projects/tasks.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Pursing a degree in Engineering (Software, Systems, Aeronautics, Mechanical), Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related subject
• Basic Knowledge of Aircraft and Executing US Government Business
• Familiar with Financial Measures, Critical Chain (Critical Path) Methodology, Process Improvement and Project Management Principles
Desired Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated Ability to Manage and Complete Multiple Tasks/Projects
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Project and Excel), Visual Basic, MATLAB, JSON, JavaScript, Python, etc.
• Ability to travel on short notice

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
