Lockheed Martin's SOF GLSS Team, the leading provider of a wide range of tailored logistics, maintenance and sustainment services is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to join the SOF GLSS team in Fayetteville, NC. The candidate will perform classified duties supporting multiple Special Operations groups.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Logistics Management Analyst your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Participates with customers to formulate and implement company-wide business, organization, and information technology strategies
• Works with customers to help conceptualize means to apply information technology as a strategic asset
• Involved in the process of designing and delivering integrated business and information solutions to support the company's accomplishment of business goals
• Collaborates with customers and internal teams to identify and resolve complex logistics and supply chain challenges
• Provides subject matter expertise in logistics and supply chain management
• Assists in the creation and implementation of logistics and supply chain plans and processes
• Participates in the development and implementation of logistics management systems and tools
• Provides data analysis and reporting support
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
Storage and inventory:
Receive, store, and account for all types of conventional ammunition, including missiles and large rockets. They use automated and manual systems to track stock, ensuring accurate accountability.
Assembly and maintenance:
Assemble, modify, and perform maintenance on munitions. This can include installing warheads, guidance units, and fuses on bombs or assembling rockets in launchers.
Issuance and delivery:
Issue ammunition to users for training and operational missions. They also ensure the proper return of unused ammunition and handle its processing.
Transportation:
Safely transport ammunition, which may involve driving vehicles and considering factors like hazard class and weight.
Desired Skills:
SOF experience with ammunition requirements
Demilitarization:
Safely demilitarize and destroy ammunition and explosive components when required.
Logistics and support:
Coordinate with other units to manage the supply chain, ensuring the correct munitions are available when and where needed. This includes planning and managing logistics for deployments and exercises.
Safety and compliance:
Adhere to all explosive, missile, ground safety, security, and environmental directives.
Record keeping:
Maintain accurate records for all ammunition-related activities using both automated and manual procedures
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret
