You will be a F-35 Degrader Action Cell Lead - Level 4.
What You Will Be Doing
As a F-35 Degrader Action Cell Lead - Level 4, you will be responsible for collaborating across engineering, logistics, and program teams to implement strategic actions that enhance fleet availability and reduce life cycle costs. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leading cross-functional projects focused on sustainment improvements and cost-reduction initiatives for the F-35 fleet.
- Investigating and analyzing performance degraders, supply chain posture, and maintenance practices to recommend actionable solutions.
- Supporting the development and optimization of maintenance plans, including updates to existing procedures and documentation.
- Driving project lifecycles end-to-end - from identification and triage, through solution development, implementation, and closure.
- Preparing and delivering high-level briefings to executive leadership, the Joint Program Office (JPO), and other key stakeholders.
- Clearly communicating technical analysis, project impacts, associated risks, and expected efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent technical education and/or experience
- Holds demonstrated Project Management and/or Engineering Skills to lead and conduct analysis of complex sustainment/engineering/supply chain issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet program or project schedule milestones.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Root Cause, Corrective Actions (Six Sigma) or similar.
- Project Management Certification.
- Understanding of Aircraft Status Reporting and Performance Indicators (Production/Maintenance Control).
- Experience with analysis tools, data management, or comparative analysis.
- Proficient with work flow management tools (Jira, Confluence, Tableau).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
