Description:
You will be the Lead Control Account Manager (CAM) & Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS Manager) for the Simulation and System Labs (SIL) team. Our team is responsible for managing cost and schedule performance across projects and programs within the Simulation and System Labs organization, ensuring accurate earned‑value tracking and robust organizational breakdown structures.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the Lead CAM & OBS Manager you will be responsible for overseeing cost‑and‑schedule performance, refining CAM processes, and driving all monthly earned‑value activities for the SIL team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Utilizing EVMS to perform cost and schedule variance analysis and presenting CPR data to directors and senior leadership.
• Developing and standardizing CAM processes for the entire SIL team to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Reviewing, editing, and approving VARs, including leading VAR work‑cell activities to ensure corrective actions are captured and executed.
• Supporting onsite events/meetings as needed and mentoring less‑experienced CAMs to build capability within the team.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree
• OBS and/or EVMS/CAM experience
• Presenting skills
Desired Skills:
• Multiple years of CAM and OBS Manager experience
• Able to mentor and accomplish multiple tasks
• CAM certified
• EVMS experience
• Able to create and modify processes
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
