You will be the Administrative Assistant Senior for the Missiles and Fire Control Air Dominance Organization. Our team is responsible for supporting the Air Dominance team in their mission to deliver innovative solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Administrative Assistant Senior, you will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support to the program directors and senior staff members. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Outlook calendars, email accounts, and conference rooms, as well as arranging domestic travel.

  • Coordinating and planning VIP and large customer events.

  • Preparing expense reimbursements, creating and updating presentations, and performing other general office duties.

  • Interfacing with all levels of internal and external management while balancing workload prioritization and meeting deadlines.

  • Providing administrative review of documents and using personal initiative to formalize processes and streamline operations.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
-Must have an active Secret security clearance
-Demonstrated excellent prioritization and organization skills, as well as a professional demeanor.
-Excellent Teams, Word, Power Point and Excel skills.
-Knowledge or experience with Concur.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and ability to work well with all levels of staff as well as external contacts.
-Team player that can multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.
-Prior experience making travel arrangements, auditing travel expenses and credit cards, and processing expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Desired Skills:
3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Prior experience supporting multiple executive leaders.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
