PWS Title: Warehouse Specialist

Location: Panama City Beach, FL

Clearance Type: Secret

Responsibilities:

• Conduct receipt, storage, and issue of material and equipment in accordance with NAVSUP P-723 and NSLC Warehouse Process Guide.
• Maintain accurate location records and material condition tags.
• Operate MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes) to move and store materials safely.
• Perform shelf-life and HAZMAT segregation, labeling, and inspection.
• Support physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain clean and hazard-free warehouse spaces compliant with NAVOSH standards.
• Assist with packaging and preservation per MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129R.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 + years of warehouse experience within Navy or DoD facilities.
• Ability to operate MHE and obtain OSHA Forklift Certification.
• Familiarity with DoD packaging and marking standards.
• Basic data-entry skills in Navy ERP or DPAS.
• Secret clearance
