As a senior HUMINT Targeter on our team, you'll lead a team communicating information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and technically advanced. You'll collaborate and with other U.S. Intelligence Community ( IC ) members on information sharing and driving future collection requirements. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to grow your expertise, learn new skills and tools, and share your met hodologies with other analysts. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Experience publishing knowledge-level briefs, notices of intelligence potential, and requests for requirements to alert the intelligence community on source availability and information
- Knowledge of preparing Intelligence Information Reports ( IIRs ) and summaries from collected data citing specific requirements
- Knowledge of Micro sof t Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of IC databases and tools
- Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
- Ability to create and update continuity book or database on intelligence requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience as an all-source analyst supporting military intelligence or national security, including counterintelligence (CI) or human intelligence (HUMINT), or 12+ years of experience as an all-source analyst supporting military intelligence or national security, including counterintelligence (CI) or human intelligence (HUMINT), in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in the U.S. Intelligence Community ( IC ) in a Geographic, Functional Command J2, or IC agency
- Ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to planners and policy makers
