Responsibilities
• Pickup and transport equipment using a box truck or van while tracking all work and assets being processed
• Manage, Maintain, and deploy IT equipment while tracking the lifecycle via a CMDB such as Remedy.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Requires 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Secret Clearance
- Experience with hardware asset management functions.
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Office, MS Teams
- Must be committed to customer service, well organized, able to plan and prioritize assignments, and able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, be courteous and professional when interacting with colleagues and customers, demonstrate a solid ability to identify and solve problems, and be able to work successfully in a team environment.
- Able to obtain a DOT certification & have valid Driver's License (Real ID) DOT certification will be paid.
- Must be able to drive a 26ft box truck
- Able to use a manual pallet jack
- Able to lift 50lbs
