Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Facilitate the Scrum Process
- Help with Change Management activities for the organization
- Coordinate Product Owners and Scrum Team activities
- Help remove Scrum Team impediments
- Fully immerse in Scrum Practices to be able to coach practices after specified timeline
- Protect and guide team
- Part of the team for Release Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings
- Helps Product Owners understand processes and the prioritized Product Backlog
- Facilitate and aid leader to help provide Scrum Team deliverables for Product Owner approval

Required Experience
Required Qualifications:
One of the following combinations:

- Bachelor's degree or higher and 4 years of related experience
- High school diploma and 8 years of related experience
- Relevant experience in understanding processes and designs that drive process improvement
- Well-versed in Agile Scrum methodology, with the ability to help others understand and apply its principles.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Energetic, organized, and detail-focused, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to team success.
- Results-oriented and proactive, taking initiative to foster progress and remove impediments.
- Skilled in influencing, mentoring, and guiding others toward shared goals.
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to undergo a background investigation for a NASA Public Trust position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Scrum Master Certification
