Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a mission-driven Sales Lead to grow access to behavioral health counseling services nationwide. You will lead market development and capture activities that connect individuals and communities with high-quality, secure clinical support-working across public-sector programs and partner networks to expand impact at scale.
What You'll Do
As the Sales Lead - Behavioral Health Counseling Services, you will:
- Own the go-to-market and sales strategy for behavioral health counseling offerings, with a focus on public-sector and large enterprise buyers
- Build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline; drive outreach, discovery, solution alignment, and progression to close
- Navigate federal, state, and local contracting and grant programs to identify, shape, and win opportunities
- Partner closely with clinical operations, program management, and leadership to craft compliant, compelling solutions and pricing
- Lead proposal and capture activities (capabilities briefings, teaming, past performance alignment, and win themes)
- Forecast accurately, maintain CRM hygiene, and deliver clear performance reporting and insights to leadership
- Represent Blue Rose with professionalism and integrity, advancing our mission to deliver secure, high-quality behavioral health services
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Remote work; support required during U.S. business hours
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, business development, or capture for services-based solutions
- Minimum of 2 years experience selling mental/behavioral health or closely related healthcare services
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Public-sector sales motions, including federal, state, and/or local contracting and grant programs
- Consistent attainment with a proven pipeline and documented wins
- Cross-functional collaboration with clinical/operations teams to shape solutions for secure delivery environments
- Advance accessible, secure behavioral health services that strengthen communities and mission outcomes
- Collaborate with experienced clinical, capture, and delivery teams
- Remote flexibility while supporting programs of national importance
