HUMINT Desk Officer
Key Role:
Serve as a HUMINT Desk Officer in support of enduring and developing operational initiatives for Joint, coalition, and interagency operations. Apply subject matter expertise, advice, and support for planning, coordination, and implementation of both collection activities and time-sensitive opportunities. Coordinate HUMINT operations and capability building requirements with staff sections, Combat Support Agencies (CSAs), service components, host nation, partner nations, coalitions, and interagency partners. Draft plans and operational proposals to include requirements, plans, orders, and tasking documents. Develop and present briefings to facilitate HUMINT initiatives for operations, special projects, and programs. Monitor activities conducted in support of contingency operations while coordinating external U.S. and Allied HUMINT support.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience conducting, enabling, or directly supporting Intelligence operations
- 3+ years of experience working in the EUCOM AOR or Combatant Command
- Experience using Intelligence Automated Systems
- Experience with the Planning Process or Military Decision-Making Process in major subordinate command level
- Knowledge of DoD HUMINT Policy, Directives, and Doctrine
- Knowledge of AI tools and their integration into the intelligence discipline
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working with allied partners
- Experience conducting or supporting Personnel Recovery
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community missions, functions, and interrelationships
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Completion of an ASOTC, MAGTF CI or HUMINT, DATC, ASOC, or AMSOC Courses
