Job Description
As our Database Analyst , you'll be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing websites that deliver a seamless and engaging user experience. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective web content, graphics, and functionality. You'll also ensure that our sites perform well, scale efficiently, and integrate smoothly with other applications. In addition, you'll work with multimedia elements-converting written, graphic, audio, and video content into web-compatible formats using modern tools.
Project Specific Duties
Project specific: designs, implements, and maintains moderately complex databases. Includes maintenance of database dictionaries and integration of systems through database design. Competent to work on most phases of database administration but may require some instruction and guidance in other phases.

Position Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain on-prem Microsoft SQL Server instances
- Monitor database performance and tune queries, indexes, and configurations
- Implement and manage SQL backup and recovery strategies
- Apply patches, updates, and service packs to SQL Server environments
- Manage database security, roles, and permissions
- Experience with high availability solutions (Always On, clustering, replication)
- Perform regular audits and health checks on SQL environments
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or SQL Agent jobs
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
- Collaborating with other teams on schema design and optimization
- Document database architecture, processes, and procedures
- Data Tagging and Classification
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education Level- BA/BS
- Minimum Years of Experience- 5+ Years
- Substitute Option-: Associate's Degree (AA) with 7+ years of experience
- 5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA or similar role
- Strong understanding of database architecture and administration
- Proficiency in T-SQL and PowerShell scripting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- CompTIA Security+ is required
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Azure Database Administrator Associate) are a plus
