Seeking a General Manager to join our rapidly expanding private-equity-backed home services platform. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with serious autonomy but support, as well as direct exposure to senior operators, P&L ownership, and accelerated career progression. You will be the CEO of the local business, the team, and its growth.
You will be based in Walla Walla, WA, where you will start by becoming familiar with the broader business, their playbook for success, and home services. In December, you’ll take over as the GM of a new HVAC business in the company and work to drive its growth using best practices from the broader enterprise and your own strategic thinking.
This position offers unmatched visibility and impact: you will play a critical role in driving growth, quality, building teams, and ultimately driving P&L performance. They are seeking a hands-on but analytical leader ready to start ASAP.
