Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Warfighter Integration Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to provide technical support to the MDA Chief Architect's Warfighter/International Integration office (MDA/CAI) in its mission as the single point of contact for wargame requirements development and analysis and to the Warfighter for all engineering and technical issues related to the missile defense system. The work is performed as part of an on-site contractor team at MDA facilities at the MDIOC on Schriever Space Force Base, CO.

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Warfighter Integration Engineer to join our team! What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide wargame and missile defense subject matter expertise to MDA/ CAC in their role leading the development of MDA's wargame event requirements and post-wargame analysis and reporting.
- Assist CAC by providing practical wargame experience to shape the content of MDA's wargame walk-up events, table top exercises and capstone events.
- Provide expertise to CAC in wargame doctrine and best practices employed by the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMD), Services and Defense Agencies.
- Support CAC in conducting future missile defense system architectural analyses with international partners and warfighting CCMDs.
- Travel, to include international locations, may be required.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Masters degree in a STEM field
- Minimum 12+ years experience in missile defense-related or other DoD large project with specific experience in wargame development and execution, systems analysis, and engineering for defense-related programs.
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- Ability to plan and execute required support, develop clear and concise written products, and present wargame and missile defense technical matters to MDA senior leaders and MDA warfighter and international working group meetings in support of MDA/CAC.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Active TS with SCI is highly preferred
