Overview:
We are seeking a skilled BeyondTrust System Administrator to join a dedicated team responsible for maintaining and expanding a critical privileged access management (PAM) environment. This role involves day-to-day hands-on system administration, security, and cyber operations activities, supporting the secure operation of existing BeyondTrust platforms and facilitating their migration into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will possess strong Linux experience, enterprise-level support expertise, and a solid understanding of DoD security standards, ensuring compliance and operational excellence within a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer, monitor, and maintain the BeyondTrust PAM platform, including configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and security.
• Execute core cyber activities such as account provisioning, access reviews, credential management, and log analysis to enforce security policies.
• Conduct current-state assessments of the BeyondTrust environment; participate in and support remediation efforts as directed by leadership.
• Assist in deploying and integrating BeyondTrust with enterprise systems, with a focus on migrating and expanding into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, STIGs, SRGs, and relevant standards.
• Document system configurations, changes, and operational procedures to maintain comprehensive records.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and audit requests related to privileged access.
• Collaborate with team leads and other administrators to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Contribute to technical documentation, operational reporting, and knowledge base updates to promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years supporting BeyondTrust or similar privileged access management solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with cyber operations and privileged access security best practices.
• Familiarity with DoD security frameworks, including STIGs, SRGs, and Security Accreditation processes.
• Proven ability to support complex deployments within secure, compliance-driven environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• DoD 8140-approved privileged access certification (e.g., SecurityX) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience supporting cloud migrations, particularly with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Requisite IT or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., BeyondTrust Certified Administrator, CISSP, Security+) are highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
