You will be the Material and Distribution Supervisor, Multi‑Functional for the Explosives Logistics Team. Our team is responsible for safe handling, planning, and distribution of explosive materials at the Camden site.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Material and Distribution Supervisor, Multi‑Functional you will be responsible for leading a crew of crater/packers in the loading, movement, and storage of explosive materiel while ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise daily operations of the LC Area, including loading, movement, and distribution of explosive materials.

  • Oversee material planning, control, and stores management to meet mission needs.

  • Manage traffic administration and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.

  • Direct recruitment, selection, training, performance assessments, and employee recognition/disciplinary actions for the team.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, complex drawings, and technical instructions.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of related experience.
Previous carpentry experience, supervisory experience, reading and interpreting complex drawings and instructions.
Experience in operation of hand tools and building equipment.
Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions.
Strategic Thinking.
Must be a US Citizen--The selected candidate must possess the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Contractor's License
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Building Trades or Business Administration/Management

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
