This position provides planning/scheduling support for the F-35, Joint Strike Fighter

Program by giving Day-to-Day direction to the Strategic Planning and Proposal Team. Exercise leadership on near-term to long-range Planning activities, while driving "Start Green, Stay Green" initiatives. Leads the team to provide integrated program planning as well as qualitative and quantitative data analysis for senior leadership. Lead and serve as the SME for scheduling matters related to planning, including Campaign and Proposal Planning. Ensure applicable scheduling practices are actively coordinated, at all levels, with related functional disciplines. This position regularly interacts with the external customer, Program Senior leadership and Aero Function on matters related to program performance, tools, data, and EV compliance.

Basic Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Critical thinking and complex problem solving abilities
- Proficient at developing/maintaining complex Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis
- Experience briefing Senior Leadership and customers
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
- Experiences leading a team of direct reports and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
