Kentro is hiring a PMO Quality Analyst to support and maintain the delivery and quality assurance processes across the ESOM Program by ensuring all deliverables meet established standards, guidelines, and client requirements. This role involves reviewing documentation, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with project teams to ensure quality consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn best practices in quality management and project delivery oversight. The PMO Quality Analyst will join the ESOM Program Management Office Team and support the Customer Satisfaction team.

Responsibilities:
  • Track, review, and verify project deliverables against scope, schedule, and quality criteria.
  • Ensure each delivery is properly formatted, approved, and documented before submission.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of deliverables and version control.
  • Conduct quality check on content, data, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
  • Support the implementation of quality control checklist and review protocols.
  • Identify quality issues and collaborate with project teams to correct them prior to delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deliverable quality and efficiency.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to refining templates workflows, and QA processes.
  • Coordinate with project managers, technical leads, and subject matter experts to validate deliverable readiness.
  • Prepare quality review reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership.
  • Assist in audits or compliance reviews as required.
  • Support the larger PMO team as needed.

Location: This position can be performed from a remote setting within the United States while supporting ET working hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Quality Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2 or more years of experience in quality assurance, project coordination, document control and or a related field.
  • Experience with remote, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and documentation standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Clearance requirement:
  • US Citizen or Green card holder.
  • Willing and able to get a Public Trust clearance.
