Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document system requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain business process models and workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement system solutions.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on system changes and performance metrics.
- Stay current with advancements in technology and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and modeling techniques.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and software.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
Certifications
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) is preferred.
