Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
- Develop and track performance metrics to support strategic goals and prepare communications for senior leaders.
- Coordinate and manage communications strategies, creating materials and resources for diverse audiences.
- Organize trainings and workshops to build understanding and buy-in for technology initiatives.
- Conduct business impact analysis and promote business continuity, collaboration, and clear documentation of meetings.
- Build relationships and coordinate efforts across teams to align IT and business priorities.
- Ensure effective management of meetings, streamline service requests, and deliver engagement deliverables on schedule with high stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing/Advertising, or a related field
- 10+ years proven experience in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement in a federal environment
- 3+ years of experience working in a health or human services agency
- 3+ years of experience directly supporting senior technology executives (CIO/CTOs) with engagement strategy, with responsibility for executive client relationship development
- 3+ years of experience coordinating across multiple support and service teams in an IT-focused organization
- 3+ years of experience with a portfolio of IT tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira, and other technology platforms) and developing related stakeholder communications to support and engage platform users
- Reside within a commutable distance to the client site in Washington, D.C.
- Ability to work onsite 100%
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for this role
