Responsibilities
Arcfield's Cyber programs are expanding and are currently in need of Process Metrics and Improvements Level I professionals to support the development and implementation of Government approved metrics for our Westfields customer's functional area processes, to document performance execution, identify meaningful improvements, track progress, and identify efficiency and quality goals. Note: An offer for this position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the development and implementation of Government approved metrics
- Report on metrics at PMRs and additional key customer meetings
- Conduct periodic reviews identifying interrelationships with other enterprise processes, propose process efficiency improvements, and deliver results to the Government
- Provide metrics related inputs and solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity
- Recommend the Program's functional area process improvements for implementation based on efficiency and quality goals, as required by the Government in a level of detail and format specified by the Government
- Implement and execute Government approved process improvements
Qualifications
Required:
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- BS 2-4 Yrs, MS 0-2 Yrs.
- STEM degree
- Certifications:
- CASP
- CSSLP
- CISSP (for Associate)
- Relevant IA experience in:
- IA systems security engineering
- E2E Engineering of a system or system component to include concept, design, development, implementation, and or integration
- Independently determines and develops approach to solutions

- Deliver technical and programmatic Information Assurance Services to internal and external customers
- Support network and information security systems
- Design, develop, and implement security requirements within organizational business processes
