COLSA Corporation is seeking a motivated Training Specialist to support our fast-paced Uncrewed Systems department. The UAS Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing training programs both in the classroom and on the field, lead fellow team members and customers during training sessions. The Training Specialist will temporarily deploy to customer sites to provide cutting-edge instruction and guidance on military systems. Additional duties will include technical and logistical support for the program.

* Tests and employs UAS and/or system equipment to provide system support or up-to-date training to users*
* Conducts online and/or classroom training sessions for clients' needs *
* Conducts mission development to prepare teams to execute successful operations CONUS/OCONUS *
* Provides valued input based on military background into system development and processes improvement*

Required Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience. Progressive military service may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- UAS operator experience.
- Must be willing to travel (with or without reasonable accommodation) up to 30% of the year as required, CONUS and OCONUS. Some operations will support military members and require being embedded in austere environments
- Minimum of eight years military experience with a minimum 4 years' experience in military-style writing and operational planning. Includes step-by-step learning, mission briefs, Senior Leader briefings, After Action Reviews, and Executive Summaries.
- Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs such as MS Office.
- Active DoD Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years cumulative, operational experience serving in the United States Military.
- Graduate of Military Leaders Course.
- Part 107b, Remote Pilot experience.
- Motivated by team-focused environment.
